After coaching stints in the German Football League 2 (GFL2) and the German national team, she was most recently head coach in the German Football League (GFL), making her the first female head coach of a men's team in the top division. Nurasyid is now part of the coaching staff of Stuttgart Surge in the European League of Football (ELF).

Nadine Nurasyid is a former German American football player. She started her career in American football in Germany, playing for the first division Munich Cowboys Ladies and the German national team, both tackle and flag football.

Coaching career:

While still a player, Nadine Nurasyid entered the coaching business and quickly made a name for herself as one of the few women in the traditionally male-dominated world of American football. After the Straubing Spiders were promoted to the German Football League 2 (GFL2), she took over the position of defensive coordinator and developed the defense into one of the best in the league. She later moved to the Munich Cowboys, one of the most traditional American football clubs in Germany, as a coach. She initially supported the GFL team as position coach and the entire club as Vice President of Sport. A short time later, she took over full responsibility as coach. This made her the first female head coach to coach a men's team in the German Football League. She was voted “Coach of the Year” in her very first year for her achievements. She has always been involved in the training of licensed football coaches.

After her stint with the Munich Cowboys, Nadine Nurasyid took over as Defense Assistant Coach at Stuttgart Surge, an up-and-coming franchise and last year's finalist in the European League of Football (ELF).

Nadine Nurasyid has been working as an NFL expert for the streaming service DAZN and on television for RTL since 2023. She commentates live games, most recently the Superbowl, and hosts the weekly RTL Nitro magazine, “NFL Sideline - Das Footballmagazin”, where she analyzes plays and uses her expertise to assess current events in the league. As co-host of the RTL Nitro football podcast “Let's talk about Sacks”, she introduces listeners to football by explaining technical terms and making it easier for newcomers to enter the world of American football.
